When the gift ends, your account moves to the free Basic plan and all your records are kept.
Does Petico work for cats?
Yes. Feeding, health, visits and heat all work for cats too, with cats' particular needs in mind: for example, cats can have a break between heats, most often in winter.
How many pets can I add?
Up to 10 with the launch gift, and up to 2 on the free Basic plan. Pets you look after by invitation don't count towards your limit.
What does a pet sitter see?
Only the sections you turn on, and only for the care period. Health is view-only for a pet sitter, and access ends automatically when the period is over.
What happens when the launch gift ends?
You won't have to pay anything: the gift doesn't renew automatically. Your account moves to the free Basic plan. If you have more than two pets, the others become locked, but no records are deleted.
Does Petico work on Android?
For now, Petico is only available for iPhone. The Android version is getting ready for release on Google Play.
How do I transfer a pet to another owner?
You can transfer a pet to a co-owner: when editing the pet, choose “Transfer ownership”. The profile and full history stay with the pet, and you can keep looking after it if the new owner's plan has a free seat.
